Use a direct bus from Prague - Nádraží Holešovice station (also a Metro/Underground station) to Skalka u Doks bus stop:

Alternatively, you can use train to get to a nearby town - Doksy (3km away), or bus to get to Dubá (7km away). For a small fee we can pick you up from both of these destinations (30Kč from Doksy, 50Kč from Dubá).
